These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Xpiry service ("Service") operated by Reedster LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1 Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

2 Domain Ownership

You may only add domains that you own or are authorized to monitor. We require DNS-based verification (TXT record) to confirm domain ownership before monitoring begins.

If we determine that you do not own or have authorization to monitor a domain, we reserve the right to immediately remove the domain, suspend your account, or permanently delete your account without prior notice or refund.

3 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Monitor domains you do not own or have authorization to monitor
Attempt to circumvent domain verification requirements
Conduct security reconnaissance on domains owned by others
Abuse rate limits or attempt to overload the Service
Resell access to the Service without written authorization
Use the Service for any illegal purpose

4 Plans & Billing

The Service offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Plan limits (domains, check intervals, alert channels) are enforced automatically.

5 Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not responsible for damages resulting from missed alerts, delayed notifications, or service downtime.

6 Data & Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. Domain check results, certificate data, and registration information are stored to provide the Service.

7 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including unauthorized domain monitoring.

We reserve the right to immediately disable, suspend, or permanently delete your account or any associated accounts if we suspect abuse of the Service, including but not limited to automated scraping, circumventing rate limits, fraudulent activity, or any behavior that degrades the Service for other users. This may be done without prior notice or refund at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reedster LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to expired certificates, lost domains, or security incidents.

9 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
